Fair weather will continue to prevail across the archipelago due to the easterlies, a weather forecaster said Thursday.
“It will be a good and fair weather, slightly warm from noon until afternoon,” said Aldczar Aurelio of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
Isolated rains caused by localized thunderstorms will also be experienced, he added.
Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will continue to prevail over the whole country.
Meanwhile, the low pressure area outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility has developed into a tropical depression (TD).
It was last tracked 1,655 kilometers east of central Luzon, moving northwest at 15 kph.
“If such movement continues, the TD will likely enter PAR either Thursday or Friday,” Aurelio said. (PNA)Â
