230 More Cops Beat Covid-19; PNP Active Cases Down To 947

The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Friday reported 230 coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) recoveries.

In its latest Covid-19 bulletin, the PNP said this raised the number of recovered personnel to 47,417 out of a total of 48,491 confirmed infections.

Despite logging an additional 52 new cases, the active case tally declined to 947, down from Thursday’s 1,125.

To date, the death toll remained at 127.

Meanwhile, the number of fully vaccinated PNP personnel was placed at 97.23 percent or equivalent to 218,964 out of more than 225,000 personnel while those still waiting for a second shot are now at 2.38 percent or 5,359.

Those who got a booster shot are placed at 47.75 percent or 93,618 police personnel.

Some 879 personnel or 0.39 percent remain unvaccinated. (PNA)
