Binatikos ni Manila 3rd District Representative Joel Chua si Vice President Sara Duterte dahil sa kanyang naging asal sa nagdaang budget hearing para sa Office of the Vice President (OVP), at inakusahan siyang umasta bilang isang “entitled brat” at walang paggalang sa Kongreso.

“VP Sara behaved like the entitled brat she truly is. We have a Vice President who believes she is above the law, above Congress, and beyond the reach of the Constitution,” sinabi ni Chua sa isang pahayag noong Miyerkules, Agosto 28, kasunod ng pagdinig sa OVP budget na ginanap ng House Committee on Appropriations.

“By her actions, decorum, and demeanor, the Vice President showed her true dark colors in her refusal to respect the constitutional power of Congress regarding the budget and oversight authority on the operations of all government agencies,” aniya.

I will forego the opportunity to defend the OVP’s 2025 budget proposal by question and answer.”
