Si dismissed Bamban, Tarlac mayor Alice Guo ang ika-44 na occupant ng isang detention cell sa Pasig City Jail female dormitory na ang dapat na capacity lamang ay siyam na detainees. Inilipat si Guo mula sa Philippine National Police Custodial Center sa Camp Crame sa Quezon City patungo sa Pasig City Jail base na rin sa kautusan ng Pasig City Regional Trial Court.

Sa radio interview kay Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) spokesperson Supt. Jayrex Bustinera, sinabi nito na pinag-iigting nila ang security para na rin sa paglipat ni Guo. Aniya, bumuo ang BJMP ng isang response team na binubuo ng mga female jail officers. Ang response team na ito ang sasama kay Guo sa kanyang mga court hearing.

Ipinangako din ni Bustinera na safe si Guo sa loob ng Pasig City Jail. Saad niya, nag-background check sila sa mga cellmate ni Guo at sila ay not violent persons deprived of liberty or high risk.

“We had special arrangement for security. We provided additional personnel. We tightened our security because of her. The BJMP assures her safety and security,” ani Bustinera.

Kasalukuyang may 135 na detainee ang female dormitory ng Pasig City jail bagaman 36 na detainee lamang ang talagang capacity nito.

Ang selda ni Guo ay may industrial fan at palikuran. Ito rin ay well-maintained, sabi pa ni Bustinera.
