Opisyal nang inilabas ng Commission on Elections (COMELEC) nitong Sabado ang inisyal na listahan ng mga aprubadong online campaign platforms para sa 29 na kandidato sa Senado at 85 party-list groups na sasabak sa 2025 midterm elections.

Sa isang post sa social media, inanunsyo ng COMELEC na pasado na ang paggamit ng mga sikat na social media platforms gaya ng Facebook, X (dating Twitter), at Instagram ng mga kandidato at party-list groups na sumunod sa mga itinakdang registration requirements.

“The Commission En Banc has approved the registrations of online campaign platforms of fully compliant candidates and parties in the 2025 National and Local Elections and BARMM Parliamentary Elections under Comelec Minute Resolution No. 25-0167 dated 7 February 2025,” ayon sa pahayag ng COMELEC.
