Nanawagan si Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ng masusing pagsusuri sa rekomendasyon ng House of Representatives Quad Committee (QuadCom) na magsampa ng mga kasong crimes against humanity laban kay dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte, kaugnay ng mga extrajudicial killings (EJKs) na nangyari sa ilalim ng anti-drug campaign ng nakaraang administrasyon. Ayon kay Marcos, ang Department of Justice (DOJ) ang may tungkulin na suriin ang mga findings ng QuadCom.

“So, titingnan pa iyan, marami pa iyang kailangang i-assess ng mabuti kung ano ‘yung maaaring maging kaso, kung tama ba ‘yung direksyon ng recommendation ng committees ng House,” ani Marcos.

Bukod kay Duterte, kasama rin sa mga pinangalanan sa ulat ng QuadCom sina Senador Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go, Senador Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa, at mga dating Philippine National Police (PNP) chiefs na sina Oscar Albayalde at Debold Sinas. Pinangalanan din sa ulat ang mga Police Colonels na sina Royina Garma at Edilberto Leonardo, pati na rin ang Palace aide na si Herminia “Muking” Espino.
