Most parts of the country, particularly the western section of Southern Luzon, will continue to have cloudy skies with some rains due to southwest monsoon or “habagat,” the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Sunday.
In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the weather bureau said cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will prevail Bataan, Occidental Mindoro, and the northern portion of Palawan including Kalayaan Islands due to “habagat.”
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms also due to southwest monsoon or localized thunderstorms.
It warned that possible flash floods or landslides may occur due to moderate to “at times heavy rains.”
The temperate ranges between 25.0 °C and 31.4 °C. (PNA)
