Nakakagulo! Haresco Nagbabala Sa Epekto Ng Pamumulitika Sa Ekonomiya

Nagpahayag ng matinding pagkabahala si Aklan 2nd District Rep. Teodorico Haresco Jr. sa potensyal na negatibong epekto sa ekonomiya ng mga pamumulitika ni dating pangulong Rodrigo Duterte. 

“The political ripple that he (Duterte) created may burn the house down,” aniya sa isang press conference.

Binigyang-diin ni Haresco ang kamakailang paglalakbay sa ibang bansa nina Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos Jr. at Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez, na nagdala ng $1.7 bilyon na potensyal investment para sa bansa.

Gayunpaman, nagbabala siya na ang political instability ay maaaring maglagay sa alanganin sa mga pamumuhunang ito, na posibleng humantong sa paglabas ng mga foreign direct investment of FDI sa Pilipinas.

Matatandaang patuloy na iginigiit ni Duterte na ang pangunahing motibo sa likod ng mga pagsusumikap na baguhin ang 1987 Constitution ay upang pahabain ang mga termino ng kasalukuyang mga halal na opisyal, lalong lalo na ang kay Pangulong Marcos.

“There will be some suspended animation from all these targeted [FDIs] into our country with that move of our honored former President Digong,” puna ni Haresco.
