Vice President Leni Robredo on Tuesday introduced BAHAYanihan, a housing initiative catered to the families hit by the consecutive typhoons.
BAHAYanihan, a project by the Office of the Vice President (OVP) and its partners, aims to build sturdier homes for the typhoon victims this year.

The surge of Typhoons Quinta (October 25), Rolly (November 1), Siony (November 7), and Ulysses (November 11) sank various parts of the country. According to the National Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) on November 26, Ulysses alone has left agriculture and infrastructure damages worth over P16 billion.
BAHAYanihan first launched in Barangay Mauraro in Guinotoban, Albay. Moving forward, the team is encouraging more participants to join and extend assistance for the communities in need.
